🟩You believe that home health aides have no ambition to advance in the health care field. You are wrong! Home health aides are more than three-fourths (80.0%) interested in becoming nurses. There are more female aides (81.1%) than male aides (59.5%) who became aides to become nurses.

🟩You think that home health aides aren't satisfied with their career choice. You are wrong again! The percentage of aides who were definitely committed to returning to the field of home health care was 72 percent, and the percentage who were certainly committed to their current job was 84.5%.

Read on if you feel bored sometimes⤵️

▪️In order to stay organized, we develop routines, but our days can easily become monotonous. Variety is added by breaking up a rigid schedule. We can regularly reflect on what we do and how we do it in order to introduce potential improvements.

▪️There are times when we all need a break from the routine, but not every caregiver has time to go out for a meal. As a result, we should organize our own special events, like holiday-themed meals, movie nights at home, and birthday parties. It takes creativity, concerted effort, and perhaps a bit of playfulness - the exact opposite of going through the motions.

▪️Changing our caregiving routines may not alleviate boredom, but changing our reactions to them may. Think creatively about your environment. Have fun at work! You can become friends with your patients. There is nothing better than spending time with friends.
