Bitters are one of the most overlooked tools in digestion, and honestly, one of the simplest.

Before supplements, before enzymes, before “gut protocols,” there were bitters.

That bitter taste on the tongue signals your body to wake up digestion, stimulating saliva, stomach acid, bile flow, and liver function. It’s why bitters have been traditionally used before and after meals, especially after rich or heavy foods.

Modern diets tend to favor sweet and salty, but bitterness plays a vital role in digestive balance. Even a small amount can help the body do what it already knows how to do digest, assimilate, and move things along.

Herbs like dandelion root, gentian, orange peel, and artichoke leaf have been used for generations as gentle daily allies for digestion and liver support.

Sometimes the missing step isn’t adding more, it’s remembering what we stopped using. 🌿

GRATITUDE PLUS TEA 🙏🏽☕️
Gratitude doesn’t have to be grand.
It doesn’t have to come with a journal, a perfect moment, or the right words.

Sometimes gratitude looks like this:
you make a cup of tea,
you sit with it quietly,
and you let the day finally loosen its grip on you.✨

No fixing. No rushing. No asking yourself to be more positive.
Just warmth in your hands and a few honest breaths.

When I talk about gratitude, I’m not talking about pretending everything is okay.
I’m talking about noticing what held you even if the day was heavy.
The small things count.
The quiet things count.✨

Rose for the heart.
Chamomile for the nervous system.
Linden for emotional softness.
Cinnamon to gently warm and ground you. ✨

Sip slowly.
Pause between each one.
Name three things you’re grateful for, not because you should, but because you can.✨

Let the warmth settle.
In your chest.
In your shoulders.
In the places that carried you today.✨

This is a gentle way to close the day.
And it should be enough. ✨🌺

Save this for the days when your body feels heavier, slower, or more tired than usual. ⏳

Winter changes how we digest, how we circulate, and how we store energy.
Feeling sluggish isn’t a failure, it’s feedback. 🫶🏽

Herbs like ginger, oat straw, nettle, cinnamon, and licorice gently support warmth, minerals, and resilience so the body doesn’t have to struggle through the season.🫚🌿

This is how you move through winter with grace instead of burnout:
warm cups, steady nourishment, and honoring what your body is asking for. 🫖☕️

✨ Save this for later
✨ Share with someone who needs to slow down 🙏🏽
