Jacqueline managed programs to drive sales satisfaction and was known for shining a light on critical areas of the business that needed special attention. She combines storytelling and analytics to convey to her audience that embracing change is required to move forward. Jacqueline’s main focus is to connect the heart and mind of her audience to create real and sustainable transformation for the benefit of the customer.
