❌ 𝙒𝙝𝙤’𝙨 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙢 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚, 𝙇𝙩. 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙤𝙧 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙠?
Dan Patrick says we’re the problem—that there are "too many h**p retailers," that we’re “loophole exploiters,” and that this industry needs to be crushed.
But let’s ask the real question:
Who’s the real threat to Texans?
Is it the law-abiding, tax-paying small business owners—veterans, mothers, fathers, cancer survivors—running legal stores under the Farm Bill?
*Or is it the elected official threatening retaliation against legislators who dare to vote their conscience and support their constituents?
Dan Patrick has:
*Publicly coerced and threatened legislators by saying he’ll “remember” those who vote against SB3 or not pass their bills.
*Taken political contributions from the very monopolies set to benefit from wiping out legal h**p businesses.
*Lied to the public, claiming this is about children while expanding access to Delta-9 ma*****na under TCUP and protecting candy-flavored alcohol sales in every gas station.
👉 If this were truly about safety, he would regulate—not retaliate.
👉 If it were about children, he’d treat alcohol and ma*****na with equal urgency, not reward monopolies.
This isn’t leadership. It’s manipulation. And Texans deserve better.
