🎆 Exciting News!!

When I was little, I always had a dream of owning my own massage business; you can ask any of my family or childhood friends. 🤭 Although I started my own massage business almost 4 years ago, on Wednesday April 29th, 2026, I FINALLY got to pursue my childhood dream of owning my OWN BUSINESS and OWN BUILDING! 😁

📣Shout out to Premiere Realty & Auction: Steinacher for aligning things perfectly with my plan and finding me the perfect building to call my own just right off of the square in Carrollton, IL.

📣 Another shoutout and thank you to Krystal Wock for taking a chance on me as a new massage therapist and helping me grow my business into what it is today! Working at West 708 Salon and Spa for the past few years of my career has built the BEST clientele for my business, and for that I am so thankful. 😘

📝 A few things to note: the building is still being occupied by the current business for the next couple of months, and then renovations should get started in September! 🤞 I am hoping to be up and running by the end of this year in the new building . Until then, I will still be at West 708 in Jerseyville.

⁉️ All of this being said, throw out some ideas you’d love to see in Carrollton! I’m thinking health/wellness services (massage, sauna, functional medicine…etc.) and retail (clean detergents, soaps, cooking, skincare, hair care, etc.).

💆🏼‍♀️ In the mean time, I am on the lookout for another massage therapist, or TWO, to join me and let me help you grow your business! 🫶 I currently give around 23-25 massages weekly, with a schedule filled months in advance. I hate having to turn clients away weekly, but I’m only one person! Please reach out with any questions! 😊

REAL. RESULTS. ⬇️

This is a super vulnerable post, but this is my belly! It’s grown 4 full term babies, two of which were c-section deliveries. For that, I am so grateful, but it’s also left me with some issues, specifically fluid retention/swelling around my C-section scar.

Surgical incisions cause scar tissue obstructions and can hinder the flow of lymph and leave you with swelling, numbness, inflammation and that “C-section pooch”.

I am 1 year post C-section and even now at the end of a 9 hour massage day, this is what my stomach looks like….swollen, inflamed, puffy.

➡️First picture is immediately after a shower after a long day of working - notice the swelling, redness, and “pants marks” on my abdomen? All signs of lymphatic congestion.

➡️Second picture is a few hours after using Rowe Casa lymphatic lotion and doing self manual lymph drainage on my abdomen and thighs.

Notice the “deflated” look? THAT’S WHAT LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE LOOKS LIKE. No longer swollen, puffy and inflamed. IT WORKS!
