Villas of Holly Brook & Reflections Memory Care is pleased to announce that our community in Jerseyville, IL has received a 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲-𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲 on January 18th, 2024. The annual inspection, performed by the Illinois Department of Public Health, evaluates all aspects of care and safety at a senior living community. The deficiency-free rating indicates a perfect score, where no issues or shortcomings were identified in the community during the comprehensive assessment carried out by state inspectors. We're happy to stand behind our promise of providing a comfortable and 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚 environment for all of our residents and staff. Congratulations and 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐊 𝐘𝐎𝐔 to all the staff who uphold our high level of care every day ❤
