Hello to you all 🌼

This is such a high energy time filled with intensity and all of the emotions positive and negative. I’ve been laying low and processing it all myself as it’s not an easy feat every time. Allowing myself to feel through it at my own pace and focus on my growth. And the month of June was pretty heavy for me.
I am a constant work in progress and my process ebbs and flows but when I come through each journey and lesson I have a higher understanding and level of peace I didn’t have prior.

I hope you’re all being patient and kind to yourselves while maintaining your strength and fierceness. When we’re able to treat ourselves this way then it’s easier for us to treat the ones we love the way we want to, with love and compassion.
