🎉 We have some very exciting news!!! 🎉

Our newest nurse practitioner, Grace Lee, will be joining us on March 2, 2026!

Grace grew up in Palatka, Florida, and now lives in Screven, Georgia, with her husband, John David. She began her nursing career at Memorial Health in the Pediatric ICU, and most recently worked as a registered nurse with Hospice of South Georgia, where she developed a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care.

In her free time, Grace enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, family, and friends. She is also actively involved at First Baptist Church Screven.

Grace is grateful for the opportunity to serve the Wayne County community and is excited to join Peachtree Family Medicine as our newest nurse practitioner.
