Dr. Chelsey Carter, Internist, will be joining Dr. Lance Hendrix at Internal Medicine of Southeast Georgia and the hospital medical staff September 2. She is a 2012 graduate of Jeff Davis County High School and a 2016 graduate of Armstrong State University. She attended medical school at the University of Medicine and Health Sciences, St. Kitts before completing her Internal Medicine Residency training at the Augusta University/University of Georgia Medical Partnership in Athens, Georgia, where she has served as Chief Resident Physician.
