OUR STORY As part of our Haborview Health Systems family, Harborview Jesup is 90 bed skilled nursing facility offering post acute care, short- term rehabilitation as well as long-term care and respite care. Our team of devoted healthcare professionals and compassionate caregivers are dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from illness or injury. We accept Medicare, most private insurances and Medicaid.

💖🧶 Grateful beyond words!
We are so thankful to Mrs. Monierah Robinson for the beautiful hand-stitched hats she lovingly made for our residents and staff. She created 90 hats, each one a true testament to her kindness, dedication, and the love stitched into every piece.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Gloria Dyal for the gorgeous handmade scarves. Your time, talent, and generosity brought warmth, comfort, and joy to everyone who received them.

Gifts like these remind us how special community and compassion truly are. Thank you both for sharing your hearts with us. 💛✨

🎄 Resident Christmas Party at Harborview Health System! 🎄

The holiday season was extra special at Harborview Health System in Jesup as we hosted a joyful Christmas party for our residents! 🎅✨ The highlight of the day was a very special visit from Santa Claus, who brought big smiles, laughter, and plenty of holiday cheer for everyone. 🎁🎄

From festive decorations to sweet moments shared together, it was a heartwarming celebration filled with joy and togetherness. Our residents truly enjoyed the spirit of the season, and it meant so much to celebrate alongside them. ❤️

A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated staff and volunteers who helped make this day so memorable.

💚🎄 A Surprise Visit from the Grinch! 🎄💚

Our residents were in for a special treat when the Grinch stopped by to spread some holiday fun! 😄🎅 From laughs and smiles to photo opportunities, his visit brought plenty of cheer and excitement throughout the day.

Even the Grinch couldn’t resist the joy and warmth of our wonderful residents, proving that hearts really do grow during the holiday season! ❤️🎄
