Week of July 21: Mon, 7/21 5:00 p.m. at 879 Voluntown Rd. (Rt. 138) for All Levels Vinyasa. Only $8 to drop in. Thurs. 7/17 at 9:00 a.m. Yoga Sculpt at the Griswold Senior Center (for those over 55). Sat, 7/26 at 10:30 a.m. at Nature's Campsite on Rt. 49 in Voluntown. Free! Just check in at the office and tell them you are there for yoga. Let me know if you have any questions!!

Just a reminder that there is no class tomorrow. We will be back Monday July 14 at 5 for the last 3 weeks of the summer session (7/14, 7/21, 7/28). We will have a break in August and the Fall session will begin September 8.

Beginning this Saturday, June 14, I will be teaching yoga at Natures Campsite in Voluntown. The campground has extended the invitation for any of my yogis to come to this class free of charge. Class will be 10:30-11:30. You will need to check in at the office. The class will be in the field with the pavilion available in case of rain.
