Encourage people to be nice by being nice. Don't wait for your turn to be kind, to be gentle or to be nice. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Lead your life by kindness and compassion so when you will look back into your life's journey, you will feel accomplished, contented. When you look into the mirror you can proudly look directly into your eyes and can acclaim, "Yes, I am proud of myself"
