🗑 you can set up auto pay through your customer portal as well as sign up for email billing
🗑 snow days can happen, only that day will be delayed, not the whole week

Unfortunately we have had some truck issues so we were unable to pickup today. It was unplanned so that's why notice was not sent out, I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

As always, we request that you put your trash out the night before pickup. We realize the guys are fairly consistent overall but sometimes the route needs to be ran differently, things come up, breakdowns or weather happen, ect. Please be sure to put your trash out the night before, most of the routes start by 3am.
