WHO CAN DO YOGA
Any age group or fitness level. Chat to Susan or Danya before your first class if you have an injury.
WHAT IS HATHA YOGA?
“Moving Meditation” that focuses on obtaining mind centred awareness through connection to the breath, using a series of “Asanas” or postures. With regular practice you learn to train the mind and body to reach a greater state of relaxation.
WHAT IS VINYASA FLOW YOGA?
This popular style of yoga coordinates breathing and physical movement & improves strength and flexibility. Each class has a unique sequence drawing the practitioner’s focus to the current moment. Vinyasa, aka Flow Yoga, is suitable for people who like a strong, vigorous physical practice.
