As part of our Leaving Communities Better initiative, the nccPA Health Foundation Board took time during its recent meeting to learn how Miles To Go Charities began their outreach in Orlando, Florida. This volunteer-driven organization provides essential hygiene and basic supplies in ‘Miles to Go’ bags for unsheltered communities, while spreading the message that every person matters. After the presentation, the Board rolled up its sleeves and packed bags for distribution in the community.
