This week’s Myofascial Release class is all about the back — upper, mid, and lower. We’ll roll, release, and breathe space into every inch using therapy balls, foam rollers, and yoga blocks. Think of it as giving your spine the spa day it deserves.
Dr. Gil Hedley calls it “the fuzz” — those sticky layers that build up between your muscles and fascia. We call it a great reason to show up, roll it out, and leave glowing.
