Well, unfortunately the state of things has brought us back to this…. We will require masking within the premises until the COVID infection rate drops again. This includes vaccinated and non vaccinated persons. No exceptions. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. It should go without saying but I will reiterate that with the rise in local cases and exposures we will need a clear test result for anyone who either contracts or has had to quarantine from exposure to the virus, before being permitted on the premises.

Dr. Derek Maroun provides a wide range of eye care services including, but not limited to Comprehensive annual examinations, routine and specialty contact lens fittings for astigmatism, multifocal needs and ocular disease management, as well as pediatric eye care. Dr. Maroun is also well versed in dysfunctional tear syndrome diagnosis and treatment, ocular disease diagnosis and management, co-management of ocular surgeries, and emergency eye care. An additional specialty Dr. Maroun is excited to offer is management of acquired double vision through the use of optical devices. Should these devices not achieve the desired goal, he is linked with specialists in the community for surgical and vision therapy options. We accept most vision and medical plans for these services.

Katie and Elaine assist Dr. Maroun with the management of the optical and clinical departments. Born and raised here in South Carolina, both would like nothing more than to demonstrate their southern hospitality by assisting you with lifestyle dispensing for your personal vision needs and clinical care. They are well versed in the latest optical materials and styles and pride themselves in developing custom vision solutions for any budget or need. Optical solutions range from high fashion, daily wear to specialty computer friendly options, as well as sport specific and safety eyewear. Of course there is always the need to look at the latest sun wear and accessory offerings.
