Want to know what makes our summer retreats different from the rest? šæ
Many of you may not know this, but before I was a yoga teacher, I was a vegan chef (swipe to see some of my creations)āso these Vermont retreats feel like a beautiful coming together of both of my passions. Iām so excited to share not only the practices that have shaped my life on the mat, but also the creativity and nourishment that happens in the kitchen.
We pour our hearts into every detail, sourcing as much as possible locally and organicallyāmaking everything from scratch, from the bread to the dips to the sauces. Food isnāt just a meal to us; itās part of the experience and the healing. Weāll be sharing the foundations of an anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle, and youāll even go home with a guide to living anti-inflammatory, along with a ton of recipes, kitchen essentials, and practical kitchen hacks to make healthy living feel simple and sustainable.
Beyond the kitchen, we guide the yoga classes ourselves and share practical tools for everyday wellbeingābreathwork, mindfulness, and simple ways to weave yoga into real life. Expect learning, deep rest, meaningful connection⦠and plenty of laughter along the way.
