We are currently seeking a Home Manager for residences on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. While prior experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate. This position offers flexibility with some remote work, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals who thrive as self-starters and value independence. A keen eye for detail is crucial in maintaining our clients homes to the highest standards.
Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time employment, we have options available. If you possess a background in bookkeeping, the full-time position might be a perfect fit, offering a salary of $50,000 annually. For part-time roles, the hourly rate is $23.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting weekly home inspections to identify and address any plumbing, HVAC, or A/V system issues, ensuring homes are well-maintained inside and out for our clients.
- Providing clients with detailed weekly reports outlining the condition of their homes.
- Managing and overseeing maintenance and repair projects to uphold the quality of our properties.
- For those in full-time roles, handling bookkeeping tasks as part of your responsibilities.
