Spring is here! That means so is the pollen!
Obviously going to your local chiropractor to boost your immune system through nervous system care is our number one recommendation!
But here are 5 more:
1. Adding an allergy supporting supplement to your regimen. We love DHist!!
2. Staying ultra hydrated will help keep mucus at bay!
3. A gentle saline spray or rinse helps wash pollen out of the nasal passages.
4. Local Raw Honey. Some families like using small amounts of local raw honey regularly during pollen season. It exposes the body to tiny amounts of local pollen. (Just avoid honey for babies under 1.)
5. Investing in a good air purifier will help filter out the pollen (and other allergens) from the indoor air. We love !
