Destination Fitness In-Home Training, LLC We bring Fitness to you! Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital in Wheaton refers their patients to us for continued at home Exercise Therapy.

For the past 24 years, Destination Fitness has lead clients in the Midwest with restorative heath, exercise and wellness, all in the comfort of their home. Our mission is to provide the highest quality Exercise Therapy, Rehab Exercise, Senior Exercise and Personal Training, from the highest qualified Exercise Therapists in the Chicagoland and Milwaukee areas. Our services both motivates and positively impacts the overall health of our clients in an in home environment that promotes trust, well-being and safety. As does The Shirley Ryan Ability Lab, Advocate Hospice of Downers Grove and many other Physical Therapy institutes. Our caring attitudes shines through as we treat every customer with superior attention, integrity and respect. Destination Fitness is owned and operated by Jill Lindberg, Nurse and Medical Health Care Professional. While working in the healthcare industry and raising a family, Jill saw the need for Seniors, Adults and Children who wanted to become fit and healthy in the comfort of their own home without having to waste precious time running back and forth to the health club. She also saw a need for people who wanted quality certified trainers and exercise therapists who would give them their undivided attention without having to compete for fitness equipment, parking spaces or a free shower stall. Jill Lindberg, along with her team of Certified Exercise Therapists, Personal Trainers and Wellness Support Staff, truly enjoys helping each client reach their fitness and wellness goals, no matter how large or how small.

Please welcome the newest addition to the Destination Fitness staff...Emily Heymann!

Emily graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science and a degree in Marathon Coaching. She has over 10 years of experience helping clients reach their goals in fitness, nutrition and exercise recovery. She holds certifications with National Association of Sports Medicine, National Council of Strength and Fitness as a Strength Coach, Pain Free Performance Specialist, Precision Nutrition and Strong first Kettlebell and Bodyweight.

Emily is very gifted at creating the perfect exercise plan for her clients to help them reach their goals effectively. Emily loves coaching her clients for upcoming Marathons and cheering them on as they cross the finish line. Emily utilizes her knowledge with her Pain Free Performance Certification in proactively teaching her clients recovery techniques, whether it’s from marathon training, an injury, surgery or illness.

Emily grew up in Northern Illinois and spends her free time traveling, training for Triathlons, and playing Pickleball!

Emily works with clients in the following Chicago neighborhoods: Gold Coast, River North and Streeterville. She also conducts Zoom Exercise sessions for individuals, couples, families or groups of seniors. We are so excited to welcome Emily and all her talents to help our clients in need.
