Due to the impending winter storm, Johnson City Transit will offer free fixed-route services on Thursday, Jan. 22 & Friday, Jan. 23. We are so moved by the flood of clothing donations that have recently been brought in, so much that we are at capacity for clothing. We are still in great need of shoes for both men and women and hot hands (we like to start stocking these early, we go through them quickly when temperatures drop).

We are in great need of so many basic needs items, to help those currently experiencing homelessness. Can you help us???? We currently need men's smaller pants and shirts, women's smaller pants, winter coats, men's and women's shoes, under garments for men and women, winter hats and gloves, warm blankets/ sleeping bags, hot hands, hand sanitizer (travel size), deodorant, and travel size lotions. We accept donations from 8a to noon and 1pm to 4pm Monday through Friday. We are located at 202 W Fairview Ave. Call 423-439-7371 for more information about donating
