I make the mistake with my own care that I only need to go get a massage when I’m really hurting or to work on something specific to “fix” it.

But massage is so much more than a just fixing tool….it helps us become aware of our own bodies, of what hurts, what is holding tension or what trauma we are carrying that needs to be addressed. It allows us time to breathe and just be with ourselves.

My goal for this year is to work on myself mentally and emotionally as well as the physical side. I hope to become more aware of my postures, my intentions, and my own emotions so I can better help my clients! And I hope that I can pass this knowledge on to you all. 💕💕
