What an amazing opportunity it was to be a part of the 2023 iBUCS competition! Congrats to the winners of todays competition and so proud of all of the contestants that put their hard work into their business pitches!
Thank you to all of the judges, professors, and business men/women, family, and friends that took the time to be there with us today.
Special thanks to Bill McTier and Sonu Mirchandani for working closely with me to prepare for this competition. Also to David Nelson for advising us on how to pitch during our workshops leading up to the competition. And to Stephen Hendrix for hosting todays event and working along side Dr. McTier and Sonu the past several years to make this competition accessible to students.

I wish everyone the best of luck moving forward. I can’t wait to see where the future will take us!

Such an amazing experience to join Southeast Collegiate Fitness Expo at University of Virginia for the 30th annual South East Collegiate Fitness Expo!!

My intention for this weekend was to try new formats of group fitness classes. I had the joy of participating in:

• F45
• Step Aerobics
• Barre to 32
• Yoga (and a little )
• POUND
• T’ai Chi
• Zumba

Overall it was a great weekend full of fun group classes and informative seminars. 💃🤸🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️
