✨Kicking off our first full week of patient care in the new space with some dry needling fun! ✨

Dry needling is one of the many tools we use in therapy. It can help calm overactive, irritated, or restricted tissues, improve communication between your muscles and nervous system, and support your body’s natural healing processes to reduce symptoms such as pain, leakage, urgency, constipation, and more! We also use it after birth and surgeries to help areas like the abdominal wall, spine, hips, and pelvic floor recover and get you back to doing what you love without symptoms.

The lineup this last week included some dry needling for abdominal wall to promote diastasis recti healing early postpartum and then dry needling for back & SI joint pain in pregnancy, but that’s only a small look at the extensive treatments we offer!

We use dry needling for a huge variety of concerns and issues, but believe it is best combined with a holistic and comprehensive combination of manual therapy, exercise, and education to heal root causes and create a foundation for lasting relief.
