Happy , Kyle! 🎉

Kyle is hard to catch for a photo (which he always respectfully declines anyway) because he’s almost always out on the floor working. Whether he’s staying until 11 PM painting facility walls, serving trays at holiday celebrations, or spending his weekends at parades and extracurricular activities, Kyle is always willing to jump in, put on a hairnet and gloves, and work side by side with the rest of the team.

Residents often brag about his willingness to help, and staff truly appreciate the dedication he shows to our residents, our team, and our facility every single day.

This board is proudly displayed in our employee conference room all week to recognize and celebrate him. We’re so grateful for everything you do, Kyle! 😊

This week, Agape welcomed Virginia from Longevity for a day full of fun, music, and movement! 🎶

Residents got active with fitness, dancing, and some creative collaboration with Science Hill students. Virginia picked a word over music, and the students came up with a dance move to share — sparking lots of laughter and smiles! We all broke a sweat and had an absolute blast together! 😅

We truly have so much to be thankful for here at The Waters.

First, to our incredible team — every CNA, nurse, dietary worker, and each person in between — thank you for everything you do to enhance the lives of our residents each and every day. Your dedication and heart never go unnoticed.

A special thank you to our Administrator and DON for leading with such care and compassion. We appreciate you more than words can say.

To our residents’ families, thank you for entrusting us with your loved ones. And to our wonderful residents — thank you for making each day brighter. We absolutely love having you with us!
