Your sleep starts way before bedtime
and sunlight plays a huge role ☀️💤

Getting even 10–20 minutes of daylight (especially in the morning) helps:
✨ regulate your body clock
✨ boost your mood hormones
✨ support deeper nighttime sleep

Try stepping into the sun; your brain will thank you. 🌿

Spring is the perfect time to tidy your space and your mind.
A little reset can help you feel lighter, calmer, and more focused for the semester ahead 🌼💙

Try a mental spring cleaning this week:
✔ Brain-dump your thoughts
✔ Refresh your study space
✔ Release habits that drain you
Your mental clarity matters just as much as your physical space!

As the semester winds down, take a moment to look back at what you’ve been through with compassion:

- What did I learn?

- How have I grown?

- What am I proud of?

Your worth isn’t measured by productivity — it’s measured by presence, growth, and care. Grab a journal and pen or head to the Thoughts Diary in the Boost App or at https://etsu.welltrack-boost.com/ to reflect on your year.
