With Fall already here we wanted to take the time to talk about the National Fight the Fall Campaign. There is a staggering statistic that 36 million falls occur every year. At Fyzical we look into what leads to and causes falls. These include age related decline, environmental hazards and situational circumstances like getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Hello everyone! What a chilly start we've had to 2024 🥶 we hope everyone is staying warm.

You may have noticed some changes we've implemented in the new year with our check in process and scheduling. Existing patients are now able to request visits online at https://scheduling.go.promptemr.com/onlineScheduling?w=1010&s=DL

We also now have electronic intake for new patients/new cases. If you ever need assistance with the forms please give us a call or stop by.

You may also receive texts/emails from us with waitlist opportunities and review requests. We greatly appreciate anyone who fills out the surveys and google reviews.

As we continue to learn our new system please don't hesitate to let us know your communication preferences, it is never our intention to bombard anyone with text/email alerts.

Happy New Year everyone! Thank you all for sharing your 2023 with us. We look forward to continuing your care and helping you reach your goals in 2024.

As we go in to this first week of the new year, please be patient with our front office staff as we have migrated to a new electronic medical record system. The new system is ultimately an upgrade and will have some nice new features for patients which I will touch on in a later post but will take some getting used to for us all!

Hi all! This year we are excited to be a drop off location for Toys for Tots of Broome County. You will see a large drop off box in the waiting room if you are interested in bringing in some toys. We will be calling them to pick up around the 20th, so we've definitely got some time to fill the box!

We are excited to announce that Dr. Tim Gould is now officially credentialed as a Veteran's Administration Community Physical Therapy provider! This means he can provide PT services to US Veterans and it can be billed to their VA-sponsored insurance.

We inquired with our local VA and were excited to be asked to be able to help because we knew there was a need for more highly-qualified PT providers for our Veterans, their families, and even our active duty servicemen/women!
