Generally any massage will include a variety of modalities. This really depends on a combination of your preferences, how your muscles respond during the session, and the educational background of your massage therapist! These two modalities are most common, but often we are working in the moment and may change gears based on the above factors. At Amethyst Healings Massage Studio, we like to schedule blocks of time and tailor your session to meet your needs!

The reviews are in! We are so grateful for such wonderful clients! I love our practice space because each LMT has the ability to explore different modalities and turn them into custom work. We can take the extra time to really listen to our clients and provide custom massages in real time. From different levels of pressure, causes of tension and pain, styles of massage modalities... heck! Even the music!
