A few months ago, I started working on adding some daily healthy habits. One of them was to “make something healthy” for myself…Something medicinally healthy for inflammation. Pic 3 is a wellness shot of fresh turmeric, ginger, pineapple and black pepper that I’ve been trying to have daily for a few months now. This week I found some very young reishi mushrooms while hiking. Today I’ll process them with some older dried reishi from last summer.… my last reishi experiment was a total flop so I’ll keep ya posted!
