Has been a while since I have posted here 😳and so many of you have asked me on the new events and so on...
So, here are some events that is happening this next 2 weeks:
* This Thursday 22nd I am starting a 6 weeks 'Somatic Restorative & Nidra Yoga' at 5:30pm when you can join for the series of 6 or individual class
* This Friday 23rd, is our first Sacred Cacao Gathering Circle of 2026 (our 4th year with monthly Cacao offerings) and that is at 6:00pm also Live in-person
* Monday 26th you can enjoy a Virtual Cacao Ceremony and support a dear friend on her 'healing journey' this will be 6pm EST / 3pm PST
* Friday 30th join us live in-person for a fantastic Breathwork session when you have the opportunity to create 'new and fresh intentions' this is at 5:30pm
