Appalachian Family Care is currently accepting new patients. At Appalachian Family Care, we offer a personalized and friendly atmosphere. We tailor our care to accommodate each individual patient's needs. We treat and diagnose a wide range of medical conditions for children (age 2 and older), adults, and geriatrics. We provide our patients with a wide range of primary care medical services. Our list of treatment services includes: • Coughs • Colds • Flu • Ear Aches • Nausea and Vomiting • Rashes • Minor Sprains • Disease Management • Wellness Exams • Sports and School Physicals In order to make our clinic as convenient and affordable as possible, we accept the vast majority of health insurance plans and even offer self-pay options for patients without insurance. Appalachian Family Care
In anticipation of inclement weather, our office will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026. If you have an appointment scheduled for that day, one of our team members will contact you directly. As usual, a staff member will be available on call for emergency situations only. For prescription refills or scheduling questions, please call the office once we reopen on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
