Beech Mountain in July??? Yes, please! 🙌🌄
While the rest of us have been sweating through this 90s heatwave, we escaped to the cool mountain air of Banner Elk, NC, and it was EVERYTHING. Daytime temps in the 70s, nights in the 50s—refreshing doesn’t even begin to cover it! You must go!!!

We took the ski lift up Beech Mountain to hear a band playing at the top (how cool is that?), soaked in some absolutely jaw-dropping views, and hit up a couple of fun restaurants while catching more live music in town. 🎶🍴

Even better? We found swivel chairs for the deck we’ve been searching for forever. Score! 🪑🛻

Between the mountain breeze, good food, and feel-good energy, this road trip was just what we needed. Our plan to beat the heat? Totally worked. 😎⛰️

So glad I found Myers Chiropractic. Dr Myers is very thorough and really wants to help give each patient the best care. The staff was awesome. Very friendly and inviting. I would vote Best in Johnson City!

SCORE!!! THIS is why I get up and do what do everyday. Cheryl came to see me on Thursday for the first time and sent me this message the next day. ✨ ✨ ✨

For the first time in over six months I finally have some pain relief after visiting with Myers Chiropractic. The staff was wonderful, the atmosphere was positive, and Dr. Myers was a real treat, very knowledgeable, and fun. Best of all, I am just about pain free after one visit. I am so thankful!! The entire staff is hands down magnificent. The staff always makes you feel welcome and professional. The office is very clean and organized always. They all work like a team and genuinely care about the patient's well-being. Dr. Meyers is very knowledgeable and professional. He always has taken the time to explain everything and always is very willing to answer all my questions thoroughly.

Granddaughter Emma has a heart ♥️ for bees 🐝 . Whenever she finds a distressed bee she goes to its rescue! Intuitively she knows that we need the bees!!! She picks it up even though she knows that it could sting her and she attempts to get it to drink or eat until she sees that it feels better and flys away. It’s the sweetest!!! 🌺
