Dinner plans made easy! 🍽️ Here’s your go-to guide for a mouthwatering meal: pan-seared salmon, lemon-garlic asparagus, and crockpot baked potatoes.
1. Pan-Seared Salmon:
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
- Add a bit of oil and butter to the pan. Sear the salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon as it finishes cooking for a burst of acidity.
2. Lemon-Garlic Asparagus:
- In the same skillet, after removing the salmon, sauté minced garlic in a little olive oil for about 30 seconds.
- Add trimmed asparagus and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Squeeze lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Crockpot Baked Potatoes:
- Scrub and dry russet potatoes, then prick them with a fork.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Once done, slice open and top with butter, cheese, sour cream, or your favorite toppings.
