💡 Try this: Step outside within 30–60 minutes of waking—just 5 to 10 minutes of morning light (without sunglasses or screens) can signal your body it’s time to be alert and set the tone for a better night’s sleep.
☀️ Aim for 10–20 minutes of sunlight daily, depending on your skin type, climate, and sensitivity. Just remember to listen to your body, avoid mid-day overexposure, and hydrate your skin afterward.
