Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist 🫀

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) to join our Cath Lab team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-skill environment and is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-first cardiovascular care.
What you will do:
• Conduct patient assessments, including medical histories and basic physical evaluations
• Support interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization procedures
• Monitor vital signs and provide telemetry support during procedures
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and safety standards
• Perform sonography as needed for diagnostic evaluations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist with Cath Lab operations while following established protocols
What we are looking for:
• Experience in interventional cardiology, cardiac catheterization, or related fields
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and aseptic technique
• Proficiency with vital sign monitoring and telemetry systems
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with a patient-first mindset
• Cath Lab or Level II trauma experience preferred

✨ As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a year of growth, progress, and purpose within the Karing Hearts Cardiology Heart & Vascular Center Cath Lab.

🎂This year marked important milestones in expanding access to advanced cardiac care in our community. In May, we celebrated one year since taking possession of our Cath Lab — a commitment to bringing precision, minimally invasive heart care closer to home. We were also honored to achieve ACHC accreditation, affirming the high standards of care our patients deserve.

In September, we marked the third anniversary of our journey toward obtaining our Certificate of Need (CON) — a pivotal step that made our Cath Lab possible. Along the way, our team continued to grow, welcoming professionals who embody compassionate, patient-centered care every day.

We also made time to celebrate one another, coming together as a Karing Hearts family — reminders that connection and shared purpose are just as meaningful as the work we do.

As we look ahead, we do so with gratitude for how far we’ve come and confidence in where we’re going.
