Coleen Smith, D.O., above all, is a healer, helper, and guide to all. Her Medical Practice background includes 25 years as an Osteopathic Physician. She participated in a traditional Family Medicine practice for 10 years, and the last 15 years have been a practice in Osteopathic Manipulation and Holistic Medicine. She is dually board certified in both Family Medicine (ABFM) and Integrative Holistic Medicine (ABIHM).
