Recap of SLI 2025!

“Attending the Summer Leadership Institute in Washington, D.C. was an incredible experience that combined professional development with meaningful advocacy. I had the opportunity to participate in Capitol Hill visits, where I advocated for PBM reform alongside fellow students pharmacists. The event also allowed me to connect and network with passionate student leaders from across the country, sharing ideas and building lasting relationships. Through workshops and sessions, I gained a deeper understanding of what APhA has to offer. Outside of the conference, we enjoyed shopping, sightseeing, and riding scooters through the city making the conference both impactful and fun!” -Madison Hoskins
