1st week teaching Yoga again in the 607 was absolutely wonderful ♡ It was so good to see you beautiful Yogis again and to meet some amazing new ones.. Thank you all! Sooo good to be back home ♡

This week's Yoga schedule:

Monday 6:15pm - 7:15pm ~ All level Vinyasa Flow. Breath to breath movement to increase strength & flexibility, while enhancing energy flow

Wednesday 6:15pm-7:15pm ~ Full body tension release Yin Yoga

All classes are all level, suitable for Beginners and those more experienced alike and include meditation, along with soundbath savasana. Extra mats available if needed. Spring rate $10 per class ♡

Good morning you beautiful souls,

I have returned home to where my heart is and will be officially teaching all level Yoga classes again in the 607 starting in April, with a few open house pop-up classes in March. To keep updated on classes & the yoga pop-ups plz visit Ocean Moon website and FB page.
