If you’re wondering whether a child might benefit from therapy, trust that early intervention is powerful. The sooner kids receive the support they need, the more opportunities they have to build strong skills and confidence.

What are those therapeutic purposes you ask?? 🤨

⚪️Frustration Tolerance: the ability to handle hard, disappointing or annoying situations without having a big reaction or giving up

⚪️Emotional Regulation: a child’s ability to understand their feelings and manage them in a safe and appropriate way

⚪️Cognitive Flexibility: a child’s ability to adjust when things do not go as planned

⚪️Social Skills: are a child’s abilities to interact positively and successfully with others. Such as taking turns, sharing and listening to others

We are working to build resilience, regulation and real-world coping skills in a safe and supported environment

✨ Floor time over seat time
✨ Standing only when developmentally ready (after 6+ months, feet flat on the floor)
✨ Supportive, flexible shoes when needed
