We provide speech, occupational, and physical therapy services at both of our office locations in Kingsport (935 Wilcox Ct) and Johnson City (525 W Oakland Ave).

If at all possible, we’re happy to offer telehealth visits so therapy can still happen from the comfort of your home 💻
