Our CrossFit community absolutely crushed Murph. From the 1st mile, run to the grueling push-ups and final sprints, members rallied together, pushed past limits, and honored true heroes. The energy and support were electric.

Some goodbyes are harder than others. 💚
Iggy Acevedo has been part of the SONA family since March 2022 — showing up, putting in the work, and becoming one of the people who makes this place what it is. He's been a cornerstone of our Olympic Weightlifting Team, and we have loved every minute of watching him grow as an athlete and as a person.
He's moving on to a new chapter, and while we are genuinely going to miss him, we are so proud of who he is and what he's built here.
Iggy — you will always have a home at SONA. Go be great. 🍀

CELEBRATING NEW JOURNEYS! 🚀

April was an incredible month at the gym, and it’s even better when we get to officially welcome new faces like Sierra AND Brooke to the community!

There is something so special about the energy of starting a new journey, and we are thrilled that both of these ladies chose SONA as their home this past month. Sierra jumped in first and, after catching the SONA vibe, she knew she had to bring Brooke along for the ride. Seeing friends support friends as they both start a new chapter is exactly what our community is all about!

At SONA, we believe that fitness is a team sport. Whether it’s that extra bit of accountability or just having a familiar face at the rig next to you, having a "gym buddy" makes the hard work during those workout sessions that much more rewarding.

As a "thank you" to Sierra for being such an awesome ambassador and helping us grow our family, we sent her home with $50 CASH! And as a welcome gift, Brooke received $50 OFF her new membership. This is actually our everyday referral deal—we love rewarding our members for sharing the SONA love.
