Urgent maternal warning signs can appear before, during, or after pregnancy, and recognizing them early can save lives. Severe headaches, vision changes, chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding, sudden swelling, or overwhelming mood changes are signals your body needs attention. These symptoms can signal serious complications.

Trust your instincts and speak up. 🗣️

Understanding the signs is not alarming; it is empowering.
