Did you know that every year more than 1 in 4 seniors over the age of 65 fall? Did you know that the most common reasons for falling can be preventable?
Every September, FYZICAL clinics across the country join together to “Fight the Fall” by spreading awareness of the danger of falls and how falls can be prevented.
With prevention top of mind, we are offering Free Fall Risk Screenings throughout the month of September to our patients and the broader community to help determine if you or a loved one is at risk for falling.
