Using an eye pillow during yoga helps deepen relaxation by gently blocking light and applying soft pressure around the eyes. It’s often used in poses like Savasana or Yoga Nidra, encouraging the nervous system to slow down and allowing the mind to settle into stillness. Filled with calming herbs or flaxseed, an eye pillow can enhance mindfulness, reduce eye strain, and make the final moments of practice feel grounding and restorative.
