As of 8/01/2015, Lena will have 2 offices to serve those who wish or need to see her in person. Along with her office on Main St, Johnson City, NY, she will operate within the walls of Vital Link Wellness Center, 1434 Mt. Lena Sheehan has devoted over 25 years to assisting with the body, mind and soul needs of her clients. She believes all are important to consider when seeking total wellness and

balance. Keeping in mind that no two people are like, while understanding and honoring your unique body type, wellness level, and belief system, she offers services and courses specific in assisting you toward achieving wellness and balance.
