Sunset Ridge Assisted Living is a class CNA Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), licensed by the State of Wisconsin, providing care to residents with age-related frailties, memory loss due to illness or dementias, and those who need care during terminal illness not requiring nursing (nursing home) care or hospitalization. Professional, compassionate care staff provide assistance 24 hours per day while encouraging residents to remain active physically and mentally. Our class CNA licensing allows our residents to be ambulatory, semi-ambulatory, or confined to wheelchairs. Sunset Ridge is conveniently located near hospitals, medical care, shopping, restaurants, and theatres. Our location of Highway 26 is easily accessible from the communities of Lake Mills, Jefferson, Fort Atkinson, Watertown, and Oconomowoc.

Happy Halloween everyone. Look at all the minons running around. Residents had scavenger hunt and orange ice cream drink. Then later today we went to the jefferson building for a Halloween party. Very fun and had a good time

We stayed active this week in Johnson Creek! Baking an apple dessert, Fall leaf craft, Oktoberfest Social, exercise and relaxing on the front porch and our last Packer Game Watch Party of the year!
