I have not been active on this page for some time now, but wanted to reach out to my local students. I am still teaching (very limited schedule). I teach on Wednesday evenings in Morrisville on Stagecoach Rd at LVDA 6-7:30. It’s for those that already have some experience with the asana practice.

I also teach online for the dharma Yoga Center on Tuesdays 4:30-5:30

The spiritual practices wash away the impurities revealing the eternal all pervading Self, free from bo***ge, attachment, suffering….but remember you have to do the work to be fit to receive the knowledge. Always an honor to practice together.
