We are SOOO EXCITED to FINALLY announce to all of you girlies that Mat Meets Muscle w/ Coach Alysha & Coach Ale is HERE!!! Ahhhh this has been so long-awaited and something being worked on behind closed doors for months now! We are so proud of what we’ve created and cannot wait to not only take you pilates loving queens through a full mat routine, but also in true A&D fashion; add some extra resistance to take that burn and those gainsss to the next level!

A&D 🤝 HYROX

This past weekend 25 of our A&D Fit Fam members (not all pictured) took on HYROX BOSTON… safe to say they SHOWED UP & SHOWED OUT! These champs dedicated themselves, made sacrifice after sacrifice & absolutely crushed 8 weeks of training leading up to it! Most went in not even knowing what to expect, but all came out loving it! If you’ve stepped through these A&D doors for class or training, you know this is right up our alley! We are so excited to not only officially introduce HYROX to our classes within the gym coming soon, but also travel, make countless memories and crush some more races with our A&D HYROX Squad!

8 YEAR!!! 🎉🎂💪

WOW!!! We are beyond grateful for the immense amount of love and support we have been blessed to experience throughout these entire 8 years! Thank you to every single person who has ever stepped foot into A&D, for all those that rocked with us virtually in the most trying times of running a business, anyone that has shared a post on social media, showed us love with a simple like or comment and every other form of support you’ve expressed! We would not be here if it wasn’t for that and none of it goes unnoticed!

We could not have built this gym, this culture, this community, this FAMILY without you! Since opening up these doors it has been nothing but growth on every level and you all have played such a huge part in that, so THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts! However, the growth doesn’t stop…It brings us so much excitement to think about what is to come in our near future! We plan to close 2025 out with a long awaited BANG and set the tone for 2026! And we wouldn’t want anyone but you to be alongside us for the ride! You all deserve it and we plan to deliver in abundance! Cheers to more health, more love, more support and more growth! HER FIGHT IS OUR FIGHT! 👊🩷🖤🤍

PINK October, the month where we place a spotlight on everything Breast Cancer; the survivors, remembering the ones that didn’t, helping those who have, discussing the benefits of early detection, etc. Not only will we be accepting donations throughout the entire month of October at our front desk, with 100% of the donations being given to one of our Fit Fam members who is fighting this battle, but we will be selling Custom Pink Breast Cancer A&D Cups where the proceeds will be given to them as well, so let’s raise as much as possible!

Be sure to also wear PINK on every Wednesday of October; by doing so you will be automatically entered into a raffle where one of our Wednesday champs will win a prize as a sign of our appreciation! 🙏🩷

🧊🥶 ICE BATH ANYONE?! 🥶🧊

Closed out our final HYROX Group Training last night in a BRRRilliant way… RECOVERING! This week is dedicated to low impact workouts and simply keeping the body in motion while also recovering / resting when needed! The hard work has been done and these 7 champs, along with the other 18 savages on our HYROX Team, paid their dues in full! Now, it’s time for the fun part!!! Come Friday our Female Doubles will be taking on the ROX Zone, while our Mixed Doubles are set for Saturday & lastly Male Doubles on Sunday! If anyone would like to come support the Fit Fam on any of those days, there are spectator tickets available on the HYROX website!
