Spring means the sun is out, running shoes are on, and mileage jumps. We love it. ☀️

Just remember that your body might not be as ready as your motivation is.

When activity increases quickly, tight hips, sore knees, and irritated low backs tend to follow. A proper warm up and a few minutes of stretching after your workout go a long way in keeping things moving the way they should.

Routine care during seasonal transitions helps your body adapt to new demands instead of reacting to them.
