Happy Anniversary to Cara, Allisen, Heather, & Lisa! 🎉

Cara has been with us for 6 years! She is our Revenue Cycle Manager. She leads the Revenue Cycle Team and makes sure all existing and new patient orders are processed correctly.

Allisen is celebrating her 3 year anniversary! She is our Office Support Lead. She answers any patient questions and helps her Medicare patients get their product in a timely manner.

Heather has been with us for 4 years! She is our Office Support Manager. She leads her Office Support Team and ensures all patient questions are answered.

Lisa is celebrating her 4th year with us as well! She makes sure all transmitters and PRN orders are sent out for patients.

There’s a difference in cutting waste and cutting corners. Medicare’s proposal favors the lowest bids, creating price models that don’t support quality and service.

This reduces access to supportive care, quality products, and the ability to choose the product that best meets your medical needs.

Team DES had annual training last week! It got competitive with crafting butter animals, playing question games, and sharing photos and projects to be judged. We ended the week with a potluck and yard games!

There’s more to quality care than price. However, Medicare’s proposal favors low-ball bids over real-world experience, often selecting companies hundreds or thousands of miles away who may not even have provided the products before. This puts timely support and safety at risk.

Medicare is proposing a program that would limit which medical products suppliers are allowed to serve your community – based on the lowest bid, not experience, service, or quality.
This means fewer companies, product options, and experts that help people stay safely at home.
