Robert began his journey in long-term care in 2008 as a Maintenance Director, where he had the privilege of working alongside incredible administrators. Watching how they influenced the lives of their staff and residents left a lasting impression.

Their leadership, compassion, and commitment to others inspired Robert to pursue his own path in leadership— ultimately bringing him to the role he holds today.
